Policies

• Check-in time: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM

• Check-out time: 11:00 AM

• (Unless prior arrangements are made in advance.)

• A cleaning fee of $65.00 for 2 to 4 people, over 4 people cleaning fee is $105.00

• Please be aware that on any cancellation there will be a $25.00 processing fee. Reservations are secured by security deposit plus room tax. As a single vacation rental, should you need to change or cancel any part of your reservation, I require 21 days notice in advance of your arrival. If I am not notified or am notified after your arrival, the cost of one nights stay will be forfeited from your deposit.

• Please note that there are no pets allowed and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

• An occupancy tax is not included in above rates.

• Security Deposit of: $200.00

• Day use: $35.00

*Additional $35.00 per person per night up to four people.

 

Eagle's Peak Massage

A unique massage experience by Michael La Count, where massage is treated not only as spiritual and physical therapy, but also as an art form. Through music and touch, your body is given complete focus which helps you receive the wonderfully meditative rest state from which your body truly heals. The massage style is a combination of strong, deep tissue work balanced by long, healing Swedish strokes. Deep, positive breathing is encouraged to help open up your body's energy and release stress.

Rates: $55.00 for 60 minutes / $65.00 for 90 minutes $110.00 for 120 minutes. Reservations are required.
